• AI-generated text processing
• Optional sharing, exporting, or downloading features

All services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

2. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

• All content you upload
• Ensuring you have legal rights to use the content
• Compliance with local, national, and international laws
• How you use the generated transcription

We do not verify: ownership, accuracy, legality, permissions.

3. AI Limitations Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

• Transcriptions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect
• AI may produce errors, omissions, or misleading results
• The service is not suitable for legal, medical, or critical decisions

We disclaim all liability arising from AI output.

4. No Warranty

The service is provided without any warranty, including but not limited to: accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement. Use the service entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, audio-to-text.online shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Legal claims arising from user content
• Errors or omissions in transcriptions
• Downtime or service interruptions

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days, or €0 for free users.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless audio-to-text.online from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:

• Your uploaded content
• Copyright infringement
• Illegal use
• Violation of these Terms

7. Fair Use & Abuse

We reserve the right to:

• Limit usage
• Block access
• Suspend or terminate users
• Delete content without notice

Especially in cases of abuse, excessive usage, or legal risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. No refunds are guaranteed.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify features, change pricing, remove functionality, or discontinue the service at any time, without liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
