audio-to-text.online provides speech-to-text and related features, including transcript editing, summaries, translations, exports, sharing, and workspace tools.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity under your login. We may suspend or limit access to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.

3. Your Content

• You keep ownership of content you upload.
• You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process that content.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit content only to operate requested features.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, abusive, or malicious use.
• No unauthorized access attempts, scraping abuse, malware, or service disruption.
• No uploads that violate rights, confidentiality, or applicable laws.

5. Third-Party Providers

We use third-party providers for infrastructure and core operations such as authentication, payments, storage, and AI processing. Their terms and policies apply to their services.

6. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid features are billed through our payment provider under the selected plan. Subscriptions renew unless canceled. Unless required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update features, limits, pricing, or product structure over time. Service is provided on an “as available” basis, and you are responsible for maintaining your own backups when needed.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

Automated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.

9. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of business arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, legal risk, non-payment, or serious violations of these Terms.
