All data is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS). Files stored on our servers are protected with industry-standard encryption at rest.
Your audio files, video files, and transcripts are stored on strict, heavily protected servers. Access is tightly controlled and limited to the systems that need it to provide the transcription service.
All payments are processed by a trusted third-party payment processor. We never store, see, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or billing details. The payment processor handles PCI-DSS compliance.
For your protection, dashboard sessions automatically timeout after 12 hours of inactivity. You'll need to log in again after a timeout to resume work.
You have full control over your data. Delete any file or transcript from your dashboard at any time with a single click. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from our servers. You can also delete your entire account.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data or uploaded content with third parties. We do not use your audio or transcripts to train AI models.
When you export to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Notion, we use their official APIs with your explicit authorization. We only request the minimum permissions needed to complete the export. You can revoke access at any time from those platforms' settings.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.
